Helping employers and managers understand the different learning needs in the workplace can lead to increased productivity and improved wellbeing of the employees.
Unique Minds is run by Chris Cole. Her aim is to increase awareness, recognition and acceptance for those who learn in a different way.
This is for people who have a specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia or a processing disorder such as Irlen's Syndrome and Auditory Processing Disorder.
Qualifications held:
SPELD Certificate Course in Specific Learning Disabilities (Level 5),
National Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy – Vocational (Level 5)
Bachelor of Commerce
